As the holder of your personal data, you can exercise your ARCO rights (rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection to the method of handling your personal data), or revoke your consent which you may have previously granted to ICC for handling your personal data, by sending your request directly to the area of Information Systems at ICC, S. Such request must at least contain your full name, complete street address, any documents confirming your identity, and clearly indicating the relationship you have with the Company, also specifying in a clear and precise manner what personal data you wish to access, rectify, update or cancel, as well as the elements or the documents where such personal data is contained, and indicating the reasons why you wish to access to your personal data, or the reasons why you consider that your personal data should be updated, rectified or cancelled. From the reception date, the area of Information Systems at ICC shall have a period of 20 working days to reply to your request; nonetheless, such period may be extended for a similar term, of which you will be notified by the means you have indicated to us for that purpose, thus informing you of the reasons for such extension, in compliance with Article 32 of the Law.

Please also note that in terms of the Law and its Regulation, as of January 6, 2012, you can start a procedure for the protection of ARCO Rights before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (in Spanish: IFAI, Instituto Federal de Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales) within 15 days following the date on which ICC responds to your request, and provided that you are not satisfied with such reply, or in case the stipulated term has expired without ICC replying to your request.
